RAGE Pull Out Of Germany's HELFENSTEIN Festival

Contrary to a previous announcement indicating that RAGE would be joined by former guitarist Manni Schmidt during their performance at the Helfenstein concert in Geislingen, Germany on June 19, it now appears that the band have cancelled their appearance at the festival.

As previously reported, guitarist Victor Smolski fell "seriously ill" following the group's performance at the Gods of Metal festival earlier in the month, thus forcing the group to pull out of the 24h race in Nürburgring. Smolski is expected to fully recover in time for the band's performance at the Raismesfest in Raismem, France on September 11.
